Being human is complex. Are you feeling lost or disconnected? Does it feel like anxiety, depression, grief, or low self-esteem are making it harder to move through life? You deserve to feel understood and supported, which is why I am passionate about creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely seen and heard, without judgment. Together, we’ll sort through your thoughts and emotions while also paying attention to how your body and past experiences hold important parts of your story. I work with intention and curiosity, moving at a pace that feels right for you as we make sense of what you’ve been carrying.
With a background in crisis care, I have supported individuals through some of their most overwhelming and uncertain moments. I am especially attuned to how anxiety, depression, grief, and struggles with self-worth can deepen into feelings of disconnection and hopelessness. Together, we will work to understand these experiences, soften the intensity around them, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
If you feel ready to begin exploring your story and deepening your sense of self, I would be honored to support you as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and a stronger sense of who you are. I look forward to beginning this healing journey with you. I’m really glad you’re here.
“Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.”— Nelson Mandela
